Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia, and everywhere else. See our full Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs by region.

Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. US orders arrive in 5–8 working days after dispatch. Shipping is £9.95 flat rate to any US address, including Alaska, Hawaii, and all states.

Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
Yes. UK shipping is free on orders over £30, and £3.95 on orders under £30. Delivery takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Is shipping free?
UK orders are free over £30 (£3.95 under). International shipping is a flat £9.95 to anywhere in the world.

Is checkout safe? Are you PCI compliant?
Yes. All payments are processed via Shopify Payments — PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security. Your card details are fully encrypted and never stored on our servers.

How long does delivery take?
Every order is made to order (48h production), then shipped. Add the delivery time for your region: UK 2–3 days · EU 3–5 days · US 5–8 days · Rest of World 7–14 days.

Can I track my order?
Yes — every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.

Products

What paper are the prints on?
All prints are on 200 gsm premium matte art paper, Giclée-quality, with archival pigment ink rated for 100 years.

What sizes are available?
Our prints come in three sizes — 12×18in, 16×20in and 18×24in — each available unframed or with a black or natural-wood frame. Need a custom size? Message us.

Do you include frames?
Your choice. Each print is offered unframed or with a black or natural-wood frame — select your option on the product page. Unframed prints also look excellent in any standard frame (IKEA RIBBA is a great fit).

What printing services do you use?
We work with trusted UK and EU print partners to ensure high-quality production close to you.

T-Shirts & Apparel

What brand of t-shirt do you use?
We print on Bella + Canvas 3001 — the Unisex Classic Tee. Soft, structured and pre-shrunk, in a unisex regular fit.

How does the sizing fit?
Unisex regular fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, size up. A full size chart is on each product page. Wash cold inside-out to keep the print sharp.

Do you ship apparel internationally?
Yes — same worldwide shipping as all other products.

Orders & Returns

What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for any reason — no questions asked. Email hello@axionstudio.one with your order number and we’ll send you a prepaid return label; your refund is issued within 5 working days of us receiving the item. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll reprint or refund immediately. See our full Returns & Refunds policy.
