Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

The United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the UAE. If your country is not offered at checkout, email hello@axionstudio.one and we will tell you straight away whether we can reach you.

What does shipping cost?

UK: free on every order, no minimum (Express £6.99). Everywhere else: free on orders of £25 and over, £23.99 below that. Your exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Every order is made to order and dispatched in 2-5 working days. Then add delivery: UK 2-3 working days · US 5-8 working days · everywhere else 5-12 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every physical order ships with tracking, and the tracking number is emailed to you at dispatch.

Is checkout safe?

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments (PCI DSS Level 1). Your card details are encrypted and never touch our servers.

Products

What paper are the prints on?

180 gsm archival matte art paper, giclée-printed with archival pigment ink at 300 DPI.

What sizes are available?

Three sizes — 12×18, 16×20 and 18×24 inches — each unframed or in a black or natural-wood classic frame with perspex glaze, ready to hang. Need another size? Message us.

Do you include frames?

Your choice. Select unframed or framed on the product page. Unframed prints fit any standard frame of the same size.

Who prints the work?

Trusted print partners in the UK, the US and beyond, so your order is produced as close to you as possible and ships domestically wherever we can.

Are the designs made with AI?

Two methods, and every product page says which. The wall-art volumes are drawn in code with no generative AI. The apparel, ceramics and the ORRERY volume are rendered by a generative image model from a specification we write ourselves. See the About page for the full note.

Digital downloads

What do I receive?

Print-ready files at 300 DPI, delivered by email the moment payment clears, for personal use. Nothing is shipped. Print at home, at a local shop or through an online lab.

T-Shirts & Apparel

What brand of t-shirt do you use?

Bella + Canvas 3001, the unisex classic tee: soft, structured, pre-shrunk ring-spun cotton in a regular unisex fit. Sweatshirts are heavyweight 350 gsm brushed-back fleece crewnecks.

How does the sizing fit?

Unisex regular fit. Between sizes, or prefer a relaxed fit? Size up. The size chart is on each product page. Wash cold, inside out, to keep the print sharp.

Orders & Returns

What is your returns policy?

30 days from delivery on standard prints and apparel, in original condition. Personalised prints and digital downloads cannot be returned once made or delivered, and that does not affect your rights if something arrives faulty or damaged. Full details in our Returns & Refunds policy.

My order arrived damaged.

Email hello@axionstudio.one with a photo and your order number. We reprint or refund, your choice.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Message us straight away. Orders go to production quickly; if yours has not started we can usually change or cancel it.
