Welcome to AXION Studio. By accessing axionstudio.one and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

1. The Products

AXION Studio sells print-on-demand wall art. Each item is produced to order. Sizes, materials, and specifications are as described on each product page. Colours may vary slightly between screens and print — this is normal with archival matte stock.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you're entering a contract with AXION Studio for the supply of the product at the listed price. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and will issue a full refund if we do so.

3. Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for full details. We use third-party carriers and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.

5. Returns

See our Returns & Refunds policy. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, imagery, and copy on axionstudio.one are the property of AXION Studio. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content from this site without written permission. Purchasing a print grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display it.

7. Limitation of Liability

AXION Studio's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
