Returns & Refunds

We want you to hang the right thing, not just a thing you tolerate.

30-Day Returns

If you change your mind for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your print. No questions asked.

How to Return

1. Email hello@axionstudio.one with your order number and the word "RETURN."
2. We'll send you a prepaid freepost label within 24 hours.
3. Roll the print back into the tube it arrived in and drop it at any post office.
4. Once we receive it, your full refund is issued within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Prints

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item, we'll reprint and reship immediately at no cost. Send a photo to hello@axionstudio.one and we'll sort it same day.

Custom Orders

We don't offer custom orders. The catalogue is the catalogue.

Trade Orders

Trade orders (10+ units) are subject to separate terms — email studio@axionstudio.one.
